Cooking and baking are two of my passions. I am a proud graduate of the Culinary and Lifestyle Medicine Track at the WVU School of Medicine and a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. This training allowed me to integrate my passions for cooking and nutrition with my medical knowledge as a physician.
Sounds like I am going to be lecturing you on the importance of kale and beets, right? Absolutely not! I have a sweet tooth and a soft spot for some mint chocolate chip ice cream. On this page you can expect some recipes, including desserts, pastries, pasta, and family favorites. I strongly believe that food is medicine for the mind and body.
